Trencin Airport Races: Saturday Winners
Multiple class winners emerged at Slovakia's Trencin Airport Races, including IRRC Supersport leader Marek Cerveny and Horice winner Karel Pesek.
The eighth edition of the renewed Trencin Airport Races is underway this weekend in Slovakia. Saturday's opening races produced a list of winners across multiple categories, as reported by Roadracing News.
Current IRRC Supersport Championship leader Marek Cerveny took victory in the Supersport class. He also finished as runner-up in the Super Twins race. Karel Pesek, winner of the IRRC Horice 'Czech TT' Sportbike Race Two, claimed the top spot in the Super Twins category.
Other Saturday winners included Michal Prasek in Superbike, Jan Huk in Supermono, and Patrik Kolar in GP 125/Moto3. Adam Jancik won the Open 250 race, Boris Korcak triumphed in Supersport 400, and Ales Malina was victorious in Supersport 300. Horice hero Marek Zima won the Sport Production 125 class. The 2024 IRRC Superbike Champion, David 'Datziii' Datzer, finished third in the opening Super Twins race.

In the Supermono class, Jan Huk won ahead of Ondrej Bulvas and Vaclav Hodoval. Patrik Kolar led the GP 125/Moto3 race, followed by Oldrich Podlipny and Chloe Battu. The Open 250 race had a single finisher, Adam Jancik.
Boris Korcak won the Supersport 400 race. Patrik Horak and Roman Skoupy completed the podium. Aneta Gregorova and Milan Hanzalik did not finish. Ales Malina topped the Supersport 300 podium over Jakub Adamik and Vojtech Karny. Simon Gajdos and Jiri Janatka failed to finish.
