Hymas, Kitchen, Webb for 2026 USA Motocross
The AMA has selected Chance Hymas, Levi Kitchen, and Cooper Webb to represent the United States at the 2026 FIM Motocross of Nations in France.
The American Motorcyclist Association has named its three-rider team for the 2026 FIM Motocross of Nations. Chance Hymas, Levi Kitchen, and Cooper Webb will compete for the United States at the event, scheduled for October 2-4 at the Circuit Raymond Demy in Ernée, France.
AMA Director of Racing Mike Pelletier will return as Team USA manager for a second year. Pelletier led the squad to a second-place finish in 2025 when the Americans hosted the event at Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
"We have put together an outstanding team for this year's FIM Motocross of Nations as we look to build on last year's success," Pelletier said. He expressed his eagerness to stand beside the riders as they take on the world.
The Riders and Their Roles

Chance Hymas, 21, is set for his Motocross of Nations debut after an injury kept him out of the 2024 event. He will race in the premier MXGP class. "I'm beyond excited," Hymas stated. "It means everything to me and has been a dream of mine to carry the Stars and Stripes overseas."
Levi Kitchen will also make his debut in the event, competing in the MX2 class. He is currently the highest-ranked American in the 2026 AMA Pro Motocross Championship standings, sitting second with one round remaining. "What an honor it is to be selected to represent our amazing country," Kitchen said.
Webb's Veteran Leadership
Cooper Webb brings extensive experience as the team captain, marking his fourth appearance at the Motocross of Nations. He previously competed in 2015, 2016, and 2024, finishing on the podium each time. He will race in the Open class.
Webb acknowledged the significant effort required to participate. "We are moving mountains on my end to make this event happen," he said, thanking those involved for the preparation, resources, time, and money invested. He hinted this could be his final appearance in the event, as it coincides with his last year racing Pro Motocross. "I'm ready to lay it all out there," Webb added. "I love the pressure and atmosphere this race brings."
