Harrison and Hickman Dominate Gold Cup Supersport Races
Dean Harrison and Peter Hickman took top honours in the Supersport A class on day three of the 80th Anniversary Gold Cup meeting in North Yorkshire.

Dean Harrison won both Supersport A races on the third day of the Visit North Yorkshire 80th Anniversary Gold Cup. Peter Hickman finished second and third in those contests, according to results published by Roadracing News.
Tom Weeden and Johnny Stewart also featured prominently in the Supersport A class. The day's schedule included multiple races for Supersport B, Super Twins, 400cc, and classic machinery.
Supersport Class Results
Dean Harrison was the standout performer in the premier Supersport A category. He secured first place in both Race 3 and Race 4. Peter Hickman took second in the first race and third in the second, while Tom Weeden climbed to second in Race 4 after a fourth-place finish in Race 3.
The Supersport B class was dominated by Shaun Buckle. He won both Race 3 and Race 4. Jordan Poole and Oliver Macrae joined him on the podium for the first race, while Jack Sim and David Brook completed the top three in the second.

Super Twins and Smaller Capacities
In the Super Twins class, Joey Thompson won Race 3 ahead of Rob Hodson and Peter Hickman. The order shifted for Race 4, with Hodson taking the victory from Ryan Dixon and Hickman in third.
The 400cc races saw Stephen Gorton and Dan Frear trade wins. Gorton won Race 3 with Frear in second, while Frear took the top spot in Race 4 with Gorton second. Chris Meyer was unbeaten in both 125/Moto 3 races, with Tony Flinton finishing as runner-up each time.
Classic and Sidecar Action
Classic Superbike racing provided a split decision. Tom Weeden won Race 3 ahead of Joey Thompson and Barry Furber. Johnny Stewart then turned the tables to win Race 4, with Weeden in second and Paul Moir in third. Chris Meyer also dominated the Two Strokes class, winning both outings.
Sidecar competition was fierce in the F2 class. The crew of Kieran Clarke and Rob Coppock won both Race 3 and Race 4. Steve and Matty Ramsden took second in the first race, with Michael Russell and Alice Smith claiming that position in the second. Greg Lambert and Andrew Haynes won the Pre-Injection Sidecars race.
