Ducati Adds Desmo450 EDS to DRE Adventure Academy Training Range
Ducati has expanded its DRE Academy model range with the addition of the Desmo450 EDS, a new enduro motorcycle.

Ducati has added the Desmo450 EDS to its growing DRE Academy model range, offering riders the opportunity to ride the new enduro motorcycle as part of the company's official training program.
The Desmo450 EDS is Ducati's first modern enduro motorcycle, built on the same platform as the Desmo450 MX motocross model. It features a larger 8.5-litre fuel tank, revised suspension, a six-speed gearbox, additional protection, and a retuned version of Ducati's unique Desmodromic 449.6cc single-cylinder engine.
The bike's unique enduro engine setup, combined with features such as fully adjustable 49mm Showa upside-down forks, a fully adjustable Showa monoshock, and Brembo brakes with single Galfer discs, make it a one-of-a-kind machine.
Riders can experience the Desmo450 EDS through Ducati's training scheme, which includes the Desmo450 EDS Try Out Days program. This program offers professional 1-2-1 and 1-2-2 coaching, focusing on improving off-road riding skills and confidence.
The course costs £350 and takes place at the company's Adventure Academy base in Powys, Mid Wales. Riders can book their place on the full day course by visiting Ducati's official DRE Academy website.
In addition to the Desmo450 EDS Try Out Days, Ducati has also launched a new Road to Off-Road Adventure course. This course is designed to teach attendees advanced control techniques when riding off-road, before taking their new set of skills onto the road.
